6 new guided nutrition programs

I have just created 6 new guided nutrition programs that are easy to follow and customized to meet your health needs.  My goal is to inspire you to eat the foods you love using healthy and yummy alternatives. Instead of focusing on taking certain foods out of your meals, we will look at how to make that meal more nutritious and better for you.

These programs target:

SIMPLY CLEAN EATING
MENOPAUSE AND BEYOND
IMMUNE HEALTH
SEASONAL CLEANSE (spring and fall season only)

Each program focuses on eating well balanced, nourishing meals that don’t come from a box or package. Personalized recommendations throughout the program are influenced by dietary therapy used in traditional Chinese Medicine along with updated research from modern day science.  There are general guidelines provided for your meal plan and recipes that can be adjusted to include your food preferences (vegetarian, dairy/gluten free) or busy schedule.
